What we collect, and what we do not.

Inquiries
The contact page does not send anything to us on its own. Its button opens a message in your own email program, addressed to carlos@lapresallc.com, which you review and send yourself. Nothing you type on the page is stored by this site. Messages you send us are kept in our email system and used only to respond to you and, if we are engaged, to do the work.
Email subscriptions
If you subscribe to our alerts, your email address is sent to Kit (kit.com), the service that hosts our list and sends the emails. Kit sends a confirmation message first; you are not added until you confirm. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list. We do not sell, rent, or share the list. Kit's own privacy policy governs its handling of the data it stores.
Hosting and analytics
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which logs ordinary connection data (such as IP address and pages requested) to serve and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, fingerprinting, or tracking across sites, and which shows us aggregate figures only. We run no advertising trackers.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. The subscription form's script and our hosting provider may set technical cookies needed to function.
California residents
La Presa Partners LLC is a California firm, and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, may apply to the little we hold. In the past twelve months the only categories of personal information we have collected through this site are identifiers you give us yourself: a name, an email address, and a firm name, together with whatever you write in an inquiry. We collect them to answer you and to send the alerts you asked for. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done either in the past twelve months. We keep inquiry emails as long as the matter or the relationship is live, and subscription addresses until you unsubscribe. You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask that we not sell or share it; write to carlos@lapresallc.com with "privacy request" in the subject line and we will answer within forty-five days. We will not treat you differently for asking. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf if you confirm it to us in writing.
